ESLIK MEDIA collects information you submit through its portfolio access and project enquiry forms, including your name, email, organisation, service interest and requested portfolio.
We process portfolio requests to provide access, manage enquiries and respond to your requests. If you separately opt in to marketing updates, we may use your details for those updates. Portfolio access does not require marketing consent.
Our legal basis for responding to enquiries and maintaining a record of relevant business requests is legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering a contract where applicable. Marketing emails are sent only where there is an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required.
Form submissions are processed through our website hosting/form provider (Netlify) and may be accessed by ESLIK MEDIA to manage enquiries. We do not sell submitted personal information.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting hasan@eslikmedia.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described. This notice should be reviewed alongside the studio's operational retention and marketing practices before launch.
